This is a Massachusetts guided fishing charter on the edge of a surface blitz casting from a boat not surf casting for stripers. The location is north of Boston but not in Maine or New Hampshire. One striped bass fishing tip, use slug-gos. We were not fly fishing on this day.    so do you fish these slug-gos on top, or on the bottom, and how deep are you guys?
